At Sangeeta Agarwal Label, every garment is thoughtfully crafted with meticulous attention to detail. As many of our pieces are handcrafted and made to order, all purchases are final.

Returns

We do not accept returns on any products once an order has been placed and delivered.

We encourage you to review your order carefully, including the size, colour, and product details, before completing your purchase. If you need assistance before placing your order, our team is happy to help.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges on any products.

As each piece is created with exceptional care and, in many cases, made specifically for you, we are unable to accommodate exchange requests.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds for any orders once they have been placed.

Refunds will only be considered in exceptional circumstances where an order cannot be fulfilled by Sangeeta Agarwal Label.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, kindly contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at labelsangeetaagarwal@gmail.com, along with:

• Your order number

• Photographs of the product

• Photographs of the packaging

Our team will review the issue and, where appropriate, provide a suitable resolution.

Order Cancellation

Orders may only be cancelled before they enter processing or production.

Once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled.
